Returns & Refunds

• WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
  All the items in your order are eligible for a refund, given that they are untried, unworn, sealed, and expired from the date of manufacturing or damaged in transport.
• The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact. We’ll happily provide a refund within 7 days in that case.

Note: Coupons can not be clubbed; only one coupon can be applied to a single order.

*Return on opened/used items are not acceptable*

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please immediately notify us at newpablocorporation@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp with the video of unboxing the order parcel you received from the delivery person and the order ID associated, and we’ll issue a refund as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ITEM? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.
In the unusual case where you receive an item that is not a part of your order, please immediately notify us at newpablocorporation@gmail.com with pictures of the item and the associated order ID, and we’ll send a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you keep the item untried, unworn, and sealed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

      RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:

• The return request exceeds 7 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
• The product has been used.
• The product has been tampered with or altered.
• The damage is due to misuse of the product – Any damage/defect not caused by the delivery person.
• The product was received in damaged condition, but a video was not taken while unboxing the parcel received from the delivery person.
• The product description or the order ID does not match what was shipped.

Note: Please be advised that any request for a refund/return will not be processed if the product is received in a condition that differs from its original state or if it has been altered in any way.
